A COVERING FOR A BOTTLE
To make a bottle watertight for travelling, all that is needed is a finger from an old glove. After the botto has been filled put on the cork in the usual way and pull the glove finger down over the neck of the bottle. Tie a piece of string tightly round the bottom of the glove finger and it will be impossible for the cork to leave the bottle.
