A Certain Audience. —“Everybody who reads anything at all,” states Mr F. P. Bishop In an article in ‘the Post Magazine and Insurance Monitor, of June last, “reads the dally newspaper. Busy people, however wide their Interests, must sacrifice something. The new hook may remain with its leaves uncut; the magazine may lie unopened until replaced by a later issue. But whatever else has 'to go, the daily newspaper will be read every day. The lazy man may lack energy for many things, but he will never lack the energy to read his newspaper. \ The housewife may have no time for the cinema or for her needlework, but she will find some moment every day to look at the newspaper.”
