The judgment of the Supreme Court upholding the President’s decree appointing Herr Von Paper Commissioner of Prussia, has created theoretically greater chaos, which may lead to many complications. Ilerr Braun (President of the German Federated States), presided at a meeting of the deposed Prussian Cabinet. It was decided that the Cabinet’s duty was to conduct its business within the Leipzig Court’s decisions.
