The long-drawn-out dispute between the Pulaniru and Malamata subunions regarding boundaries was brought a little closer to a settlement .11 1 is week, when a meeting of all concerned was held at Tlrau, the locality in dispute. Messrs ,1. Cummings and Clover (Malamata Sub-union), c. Wilson and W. .lordan iTimi Football Club), and .1. R. Rolfc and .1. It. Loelihead i-Putaruru Sub-union) were present. II was decided that the question of change-over be left, entirely lo Ihe Tirau players. It. was derided to call a meetin/y of Ihe clubs concerned al an early date. Delegates from tho Malamata and Putaruni Sub-unions arc to address the meeting, and Hie decision id' the meeting is to be final.
