GOVERNOR-GENERAL’S TRIBUTE. FOUNDATION STONE LAID. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. In the presence of a large gathering Lord Blcdisloe laid the. foundation stone of the new Wellington Free Ambulance building. He said the. service represented by free ambulance work and the new edifice could not be too highly applauded.
