JULY AT PALMERSTON NORTH. ■RECORD FOR TWENTY YEARS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N„ Tuesday. The rainfall at Palmerston North In July was only 1.17 inches, being the lowest recorded for the past 20 years. The previous lowest fall in July was 1.29 inches in 1928. The past month was also the coldest on record during the past two decades.
