PROPOSED FREEZING CO.
OPPOSITION AT TAURANGA. RESOLUTION CARRIED. At the annual meeting of the Tauranga Co-operativo Dairy Association yesterday, a resolution was Carried that the Minister be ashed to refuse a license to the proposed Cold Storage .Company. The Minister of Agriculture (the lion. C. E. Macmillan) a director of the company, was present and addressed the meeting. Mr F. H. Anderson, a member of the Auckland Farmers’ Freezing Company Board, and Mr C. M. Luke, a member of the Dairy Board, also spoke.
