GAME AT MORRINSVILLE. After a hard, even game Cambridge B defeated Morrinsville B by 16 points to 8 at Morrinsville on Saturday. The teams were—

From a line-out Hamilton forced his way over to score. Chapman failed to goai. Cambridge 3, Morrinsville 0. After further play Chapman snapped up and scored. Cambridge 8, Morrinsville O. Te Aroha tried conclusions with Hauraki Plains for tlie Poland Cup at Herriesville on Saturday, • the local team proving victorious by 27 to 6. Te Aroha kicked off and. at once took up the aggressive, the backs getting to work and making the play fast. Lipsey,' Rackham, Mackie and Morell were prominent in the open work and kept Hauraki busy. The latter then played up forcefully and McKee broke •away in fine style, but was -effectively tackled by Lipsey. The Hauraki forwords were penalised, Rackham being successful in the kick. —Te Aroha 3, Hauraki 0. Cleave, Rackham and Lipsey again set -play In motion, but Cropp saved the position. Eklund was referee. JUNIORS. TE AROHA v. HAURAKI PLAINS. In a well-contested garnet, much more even than denoted by the scores, Te Aroha defeated Hauraki Plains by. 17 to 3. TE AWAMUTU. WIN FORMATTER. Te Awamutu kicked off, with the sun against them, but were soon on the attack. From a line-out J. Turney dropped over in a scramble. Neither team was at full strength, and the play was patchy, with occasional Hashes of really good football, lml at other times it was almost ragged. B. Elliot went o\cr for a try.
