BATTING DISPLAY. BY MAILEY’S TEAM. 425 RUNS IN 150 MINUTES. VANCOUVER, July 23. In a cricket match at Windsor, Ontario, Mr. Arthur Mailey’s eleven, after dismissing a local side for 94 runs yesterday, gave a great batting display. They hit up 425 for six wickets in 150 minutes. Tolhurst and Richardson delighted the spectators with their great hitting. Details of the visitors’ score are:—Tolhurst, c Ilawken, b Scott, 105; Carney, c Poilroy, b Scott 23; Bradman, c Crowe, b Dunlop, 2i; Ives, st Crowe, b Dunlop, 17; McCabe, c. Ilawken, b Bosworth, 19; Richardson, not out, 121; Ivippax, b Caunce, 61; Nutt, not out, 37; extras, 18. Fleetwo.od-Smith took eight wickets for 41 and Mailey five for 16.
