Acting on instructions from Signor Mussolini, Die Italian delegation walked out when the later-parliament-ary Union conference resumed in the central hall instead of the League's Council room. Count Valperga tendered the delegation’s resignation from the union in the absence of satisfaction for the Costamagna-Rcnaudel incident, which culminated in fisticuffs. Tito delegates are leaving for Rome.
