Mr Rlohard Durnlng, a partner in the, Alfred Holt Shipping Company and a member of the Merey Docks and Harbour Board at the Liberal Free Trade Committee’s luncheon, said he felt alarm and anxiety as to what was likely to happen at Ottawa., A number of unofflola! delegates were going thither with a shameless oonsplraoy against the people of England. If their schemes were adopted Ottawa would be the most shameless thieves’ kitchen the world had ever known.
