FARM LANDS.
ACTIVITY OF MARKET. SALES IN THE WAIKATO. "There is a very active demand for the right class of land, which will •show a return on -to-day’s values,” remarked a leading Hamilton land agent to a Waikato Times reporter today. In substantiation of his. statement, the agent provided particulars of sales his firm had effected of areas within a radius of twenty miles of Hamilton during the past week. These included 85 acres at £39 per acre; 112 acres at £33 per acre; 150 acres at £36 per acre and 246 acres at £25 per acre, all as going concerns; 340 acres at £ls per acre; 165 acres at £ls per acre, and 129 acres at £24 per acre for land alone.
