It is hereby notified that a Public Sitting of the No. 3 Licensing j Authority will be commenced at the Government Buildings, Knox Street, Hamilton, on THURSDAY, June 9, 1932, at 10 a.m. for the purpose of re- ! ceiving evidence and representations in favour of or against the granting of the following applications for passenger service licenses from those received to date. The Secretary, C/o Public Works Department, Hamilton, should be advised one clear day before the date of the Meeting, of the names and addresses of any proposed witnesses and in wihat capacity they will give evidence and any written representations should also be sent to him at the earliest possible date. All such communications must show the reference number (indicated below) of the relative applications.
