“The establishment of a wheat quota at the Ottawa Conference would not be in the best interests of Canadian wheat producers," reads a resolution adopted by the Manitoba Agricultural Association and submitted to the Premier, Mr F. Bracken. An Empire intelligence marketing board and the'Stabilisation of exchange were urged as likely to he helpful to empire trading interests.
