TN THE MATTER OF “THE PUBLIC X WORKS ACT 1923.” PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes to execute certain public works, to wit: tiic formation of a road lor which purpose the following lands require to bo taken by the "Waikato County Council under the provisions of “The Public Works Act 1923” Sections 22 and 23, that is to say: 1. o acres 1 rood 9 perches (more or less) being portion of Allotment Number 2-12 of the Parish of Whangamarino situated in Block XIIl" Piako Survey District Auckland Land District as the same is more particularly delineated on a plan lodged in the survey Office at Auckland under Number 26441 and thereon coloured pink. 2. 4 acres 1 rood 18 perches (more or less) being portion of Allotment Number 211 of tire Palish of Whangamarino situated in Block XIII Piako Survey District and Block I Jlapuakoho Survey District Auckland Land District as lire same is more particularly delineated on Plans lodged in the Survey onice at Auckland under Numbers 26441 and 26440 and thereon coloured blue. 3. 4 acres 17 perches (more or less) being portion of Allotment Number 212 of the Parish of Whangamarino situated in Block I Hapuakohe Survey District Auckland Land District as the same is more particularly delineated on a plan lodged In the Survey Office at Auckland under Number 26440 and thereon coloured pink. 4. 2 acres 3 roods 33- perches (more or less) being portion of Allotment Number 21313 of the Parish of Whangamarino situated in Block 1 Hapuakohe Survey District Auckland Land District as the same is more particularly delineated on a plan lodged in the Survey Office at Auckland under Number 26440 and thereon coloured blue. 5.. 3 roods 33 perches (more or less) being portion of Allotment Number 213 A of the Parish of Whangamarino situated In Block I Hapuakohe Survey District Auckland Land District as the same Is more particularly delineated on a plan lodged in the Survey Offloo at. Auckland under Number 26440 and thereon coloured yellow. 6. 3 acres 2 roods 36.4 perches (more or less) being portion of Allotment Number 327 of the Parish of Whangamarino situated in Block I Hapuakohe Survey District Auokland ’ Land District as the same is more particularly delineated on a plan lodged in the Survey .Office at Auckland under number 26440 and thereon coloured pink. A plan of the lands required to he taken as aforesaid is open for inspection at the office of the To Kauwhata Town Board, To Kauwhata. All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-founded .objection to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands and,to send such writing to the Wab.ato County Council within forty days of the date of the first publication of this notice.
