DANCE
AT MATANQI. A delightful dance organised by Mr J. Wallace was held in the Matangi Hall on Tuesday night. Music for Ihe new and old-time dances was supplied 'by Clayton’s orchestra, extras being played by Miss E. Nielsen. The very tasty supper was arranged by Airs A. Benge and Mrs E. Dennett. Amongst the dancers present were: Mesdames J. Wallace, pink silk net; A. Dennett, silk voile; Leakie (Leamington), rose crepe de chine; N. Benge, blue crepe de chine; B. Johnson, satin beaute; Misses L. Better, pink taffeta; L. Cranston, while crepe de chine; E. Shaw, floral silk; E. Nielsen, blue silk; L. Baird, floral crepe do chine; W. Randle, creme crepe de chine; D. Baird, silk rayon; L. Libeau, floral voile; A. Libeau, blue silk; T. Benge, black and white silk; M. Hogan, pink silk; ,T. Cameron, blue crepe do chine; If. Myers, silk and gold lace.
