The monthly statistics of Australian oversea trado disclose that for the Ilrst nine months of the financial year there was an excess of exports over Imports amounting to 30,657,000 lbs. This surplus is more than sufficient to meet the Government’s oversea interest and other commitments foi the whole year. The exports In English currency were £62,791,000 and imports £32,134,000.
