Moore, in the course of a policy speech, said the Government (National —Country) would stand or fall by the Premiers’ rehabilitation plan. It was convinced that a restoration of the Legislative Council would induce a flow of capital for investment. ■ The Government would do everything possible to foster individualism and private enterprise.
