SIR SIDNEY LOW. United Tress Assn.—Elec. Tel. copyright. (Received Jan. 14 1..30 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 13. , The death is announced of Sir Sidney Low, ihe well-known author and journalist. Ho was editor of Si. James’s Gazelle 1888-97 and literary editor of the Standard .1904. He was also the special press correspondent during the Royal visit to India 1905-6 and at The Hague Conference in 1907.
