PRESENTATION TO HIS WIFE. HANDBAG CONTAINING £63. (By leleß-rapli.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. For her unselfishness and sacrifice In permitting her husband -on so many occasions to leave hearth and home to battle for New' Zealand honour on the fiugby football held a group of Wellington sportsmen last evening presented Mrs Mark Nicholls, with a handsome brown leather handbag, containing £63 in bank notes. The presentation was made in the Mayor's room by the Deputy-Mayor, at- the conclusion of a happy little function.' Mr T. W L.eslie, chairman of the -committee, addressing Mrs Nicholls, said: "I hope to see all your boys just as good footballers as Mark.”
