UNEMPLOYMENT COMMITTEE. The local Unemployment Committee has received the following communication from the Unemployment Com-mlssoners:-—“As the period of the year is now approaching when seasonal labour is customarily engaged it is desired to guard against the possibility of farmers putting workers who are employed under scheme 4a on to work of a seasonal character, and thus avoiding the employment of labour which they would otherwise engage.
