Indications are for continued unsettled weather to-day and possibly to-morrow,- fair at intervals, heavy showers; winds mostly from a northerly direction, lower temperature; 0.45 points of rain fell during the previous 24 hours. Mean temperature, 47.5 deg. The Weather Bureau wires: The indications for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day are for westerly winds, strong to gale, gradually backing by west to south. The weather will probably prove squally and changeable, with colder weather. Barometer rising slowly.
