MR TIM HEALY’S WILL.
TRIBUTE TO FAMILY’S UNITY. Personal estate estimated at the gross value of £18,887 In the Irish Free State was left by the late Mr Tim Healy, K.C., it was disclosed the other day. Mr Healy was formerly an M.P. and was the first Governor-General of the Irish Free State. He died in Dublin on March 26 last. Striking tributes to the affection of his family and their unity are contained in his will, which has been proved and lodged for probate purposes in the Saorstat Courts. By it Mr Healy bequeaths all his real and personal estate absolutely to his three executors —Miss Elizabeth (Healy, of Glenaulin, his daughter, and Mr Joseph Hcgly and Mr Timothy Healy, two of 'his sons.
He thanks all his old friends for t.helr assistance and fealty, and expresses his gratitude to his children for their constant love and affection towards their mother and himself. They had lived a very united and loving family, the will mentioned, and he trusted that after his death they would continue to live in love and affection towards each other.
As regards charities, Mr Healy expressed a wish that his executors would” remember the objects to which lie was accustomed to send an annual sum prior to becoming GovernorGeneral of the Irish Free Slate.
