Dr. T. C. Fraser left Hamilton today for the north, on a vacation.
Dr. E. O. llercus, son of the late Air G. R. Hercus, of Dunedin, has been appointed Associate Professor in Natural Philosophy at the University of Melbourne,
Mr A. J. McGrail, of Hamilton, is representing the South Auckland branch of the Railway Ofiloers’ institute at the annual meeting at Wellington.
Mr C. E. Malfroy, lato of Wellington, who was awarded a “ full blue ” for tennis last year at Cambridge University, lias been elected captain of the Cambridge University Lawn Tennis Association.
