Indications are for partly fair and partly cloudy weather to-day, light variable winds, warmer temperatures, followed later by unsettled conditions; 0.33 points, of rain fell during the previous 24 hours. Mean temperature, 50 deg. The Weather Bureau wires: The indications for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day are for westerly winds, moderate, later veering by west to north and freshening. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, with mild and hazy conditions. The barometer has a falling tendency. YESTERDAY’S WEATHER. The following official report was issued at 4 p.m.,
