COWHNQ-jOF-AQE dance. A dance was given in the Te J Puninga Hall .on Wednesday evening bv Mr and Mrs Roache to celebrate the coming-of-age of their daughter Nellie. About 40 couples were present. Music for dancing was provided by Mrs C. Mac Ewan, Mrs L. Wells and Miss 'Crowe. Songs were rendered-by Mrs Wells Miss Wi ton and Mr F. Downing and character songs by Mr Carter. After supper Mr D. J. Wright, an old friend of the family, proposed the health Roache Mr Roache and Mr Wright are among the original settles* of Te Puninga. Among those present were. Mesdames T. J.
