CLASS FORMED AT MATANGI. Dr. J. C. Beaglehole, tutor-organ-iser for the Waikato of the Workers Educational Association, addressed a meeting of the Matangi Branch of the Farmers’ Union. .Mr W. Boyd presided, and in introducing Dr. Beaglehole saidjtlie impo.tance of adult education in these da.s of stress could not be over-stated, Dr. Beaglehole outlined the operalions V the association, and stressed its value in the life of the community. It was decided to form a class at Matangi for August when a series or four lectures would he given. \ ,
