An invitation to send a New Zealand team to Sydney was received by Hie Wellington head centre of Hie Royal Life-Saving Society at its last meeting. The suggestion was that Hie team should go to Sydney for the celebrations in connection with Hie opening of the harbour bridge, and should also compete in the Australian national championships on March 19 or March 21. Failing a New Zealand team, the Invitation was extended to one from Wellinglon. The matter was referred to Hie Dominion Council at Christchurch for favourable consideration.
