This action was taken f"..->w- : ing notice of motion given by Mr F. : Firth al the annual meeting of llie council held on -lime 10. Mr lirlh said Ihe council had done very vain- 1 able work, hut, It was considered that, j if the advisory board of the Fruit- j growers' Federation was reorganised I it could take over the work of the J council without loss to growers.
