PROPOSED CUSTOMS PACT. REFEREXCE TO PERMANENT COURT QUESTIONED IN THE COMMONS. (Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Juno 8. Regarding lhe decision of the League of Nations Council lo refer to the Permanent Court of International Justice the question of the proposed Austro-German Customs Union, Mr A. Henderson (Foreign Minister) stated the advisory opinion of the Court would be available about the end of AuguSt, in ample timo for the next meeting of the League Council.
