THE WEATHER.
Miss Budd, of Balfour, M. Irvine and Webster, Lid., supplies the following observations of the weather: — Barometer. Monday 30.55 Tuesday 30.50 Thermometer. Max. Min. Sunday 50.0 28.0 Monday . . 48.0 22.0 The barometer has very little movement and reads 30.55. Indication? are for continued fair weather to-day and possibly to-morrow, with increasing haze. Light southerly winds and seasonable temperature. Eleven degrees of frost were registered this morning. Mean temperature, 35 degrees. The Weather Bureau wires: The indications for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day are for northerly winds moderate and freshening. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, with mild and hazy conditions. Barometer falling slowly. YESTERDAY’S WEATHER. The following official report was issued at 4 pun.
