BODILY HARM.
ABSAULT AT MORRINSVILLE. VICTIM STILL IX DANGER. MORRINSVILLE, Saturday. At the Morrlnsvillc Pollco Court, before Mr W. T. Osborne, J.P., a Maori named Rawhi Dixon was charged with an alleged assault on Frank Walsh, causing him actual bodily harm. The police slated that Walsh was assaulted In Thames Street shortly after six o'clock on Thursday evening and was not yet out of danger.
Acouscd was remanded until Wednesday.
