King Ford was soon in front, showing the way across the top to Rafflight, Tetrachate, Awaken, Fuii Measure, Prince Val and Gay Lap. into the straight the order was King Ford, Rafflight, Full Measure, Gay Lap and Prince Val. Prince Vaf came through in the run home to win by a length from Awaken, who was half a length in front of Tetrachate. King Ford was fourth and then camo Gay Lap, Grand Talk, ManahenuA, Haverings, Rafflight, Full Measure, Big Bertha, and Gold Money. Time, 1.16 1-B.
