On the night of tho King’s Birthday 300 European residents participated in a highly successful ball given by thq Administrator and Mrs Hart at Government House. Tho race meeting of the Apia Turi Club was attended by the Administrator and party and a big atlendauoej of Hie public. It was tho most successful meeting held In years past, The Administrator presented the cxAdministrator’s (Colonel S. Allen) cup to Mr Muliaga, the owner of tha horse Busier, which won the Birthday Handicap.
