DESIGNS ON A COURT.
A TIMELY DISCOVERY. DEPOSITS OF DYNAMITE. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. (Received June 3, 10.20 a.m.) DELHI, June 2. A startling report has been received from Chittagong of the discovery of a plot to blow up the court building where judgment in the Chittagong conspiracy case would be given during the coming week-end. Acting on information given, the police dug up four large canisters containing an explosive believed to be dynamite, only a foot under the ground, connected by wires fifty feet long. ‘
