FINAL SELECTION TO-MORROW. TO BE'ANNOUNCED ON FRIDAY. (By Telegraph.—fress Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday. Interviewed, the Prime Minister, Mr G. W. Forbes, said the final selection of the Railway Board would not he made until he returned to Wellington to-morrow. Cabinet’s decision would not be made public until Friday.
