THE WEATHER.
Miss Buck!, of Balfour,. M. Irvine and Webster, Ltd., supplies the following observations of the weather: — Barometer. Monday 30.0 Tuesday 30.10 Thermometer. Max. Min. Sunday 60.0 38.0 .Monday 56.0 41.0 . The barometer has very little movement, and reads 30.10. Partly fair and partly cloudy weather is indicated to-day and to-morrow, lower temperature, heavy showers and west . to north-west winds. Two degrees of frost were registered this morning. The rainfall for the previous 24 hours amounted 'to 0.77 points.- Mean temperature, 48.5 deg. The Weather Bureau wires: The indications for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day are for moderate southerly . winds. There is a prospect of fine weather, days bright and nights cold.
