A manifesto Issued by the militant minority movement oontains the assertion that Mr Baddeley, Minister of Mines, and officials of the Miners’ Federation are planning to ohain the miners down with a colossal scheme of slavery unequalled In any oountry under the sun. The manifesto, which was issued prior to the presentation 'Of the Coal Bill now before Parliament, describes the bill as "a sinister bill to enslave miners,” and exhorts the men to demand of their central executive councillors that they emphatically oppose the proposed bill embodying the findings of the Royal commission.
