AUSTRALIAN AGREEMENT. REJECTED BY GOVERNMENT. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. MELBOURNE; May 26. The Federal Ministry, after lengthy consideration, litis decided not to ratify the agreement negotiated between the Amalgamated Wireless of Australasia and the Imperial Communications (an international company) Under which Australian cable and wireless traffic would be handled by the amalgamated’ organisation. The Postmaster-General (Mr A. E, Green) says the Ministry's policy is that great national public utilities should be nationalised.
