WRIGHT, STEPHENSON.
THE ANNUAL MEETING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The twenty-fifth annual meeting of ahareholderS of Wright, Stephenson and Company, Limited, was held today. The profit and loss account, including £38,360 brought forward from last year, showed a credit balance of £58;878. A dividend of G per cent, on ordinary shares was declared and the fixed payment of 5J per cent, on the preference shares was adopted, leaving a balance of £27,1 il to be carried forward. Messrs W. D. Hunt and J. T. Martin, the retiring directors, were re-elected. The appointment during the year of Messrs John Macdonald, II A. Price, W. M. Shand and S. C. Sutherland as directors was confirmed.
