In pursuance of Clause (3) of Regulation 7 of “The Motor Lorry Regulations 1927,” notice Is hereby given that ihe Matamata County Council proposes, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the said Regulation 7 and the amendments thereof, to classify the following roads and to declare that such roads shall belong to the FIFTH CLASS (available for the use thereon of any motor-lorry, other than a multi-axled motor-lorry, which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 24 tons, or any multi-axled motor-lorry which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 44 tons) : Orepunga Road, Maungatautari Plantation Road, . Robert's Road, Stokes’ Road, Head's Road, Scott's Road, Pah Road, Hick’s Road, Luck-at-Last Road, Muirhead’s Road, Morgan’s Road, Scherer’s Road, Okauia South Road Omahine Road Rangitanuku Road Kakahu Road, Pakaraka Road, Bayly’s Road, Waotu South Road. Any person objecting to the proposed classification is hereby called upon to lodge notice in writing of his objection and of the ground thereof, at the office of the Matamata County Council, Tirau, within seven days from the publication of this notice.
