NORTH ISLAND TOURNEY. The New Zealand Croquet Assooiaion’s North Island championships were ontinued yesterday. Following were he. results: — Championship Singles.—Mrs Cole eat Mrs Parßer-Hill. Final: Mrs Cole Auckland) beat Mr Stratton (Hastlgs). Championship Doubles. —Final: Mrs Cole and Mr Stratton beat Mesdames Colitis and Brabant. Handicap Singles.—Final: Mrs A. White beat Mrs Parker-Hill. Ladies’ Open Singles.—Mrs Mac Murray beat, Mesdames Keys and Schubert and Miss Keatiey. IYIATAIVIATA v. HINUERA. A (cam of eight Matamata B ladies journeyed to Hinuera on Thursday afternoon to try conclusions with the local club. The home team was successful in three out ol' four macthes played, and an enjoyable afternoon was spent. Following are the results, Hinuera names mentioned first:— Mesdames Collins and Tisch v.
