HIGHWAYS BOARD.
THE MOTORIST PAYS. GREATER REPRESENTATION URGED Strong support was given by the Hamilton Agency of the Automobile Association, last night, to the proposal that motorists should have additional representation on the Highways Board. Dr. A. G. pointed out that ■the motorists Were now providing the whole, of the highways funds and they had a very just claim to greater representation. This view was supported by the president, Mr I-I. Toombs and Mr F. J. Farrell and a motion was carried urging the Government to make provision for at least two further representatives of motorists on the hoard. The motion was carried unanimously.
