INQUIRY RESUMED. EVIDENCE OF A SURVIVOR. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. (Received Nov. 4, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 3. The airship inquiry has resumed. Another survivor, Engineer Bell gave evidence thaL lie was in the after part of the car with Engineer A. H. Binks. At 2.15 a.m. the ship made a dive which lasted from 25 .to 30 seconds. It then got on an. even keel for about live seconds -and ' dived again for about 20 seconds. He immediately received a telegraph message from the control car “Go slow.” He had time to put the engine at "slow” before the airship struck the ground. When the vessel hit, there was not a violent jerk. Then there was an explosion, and in a few seconds everything was surrounded with , flames. The tanks also burst and the water came pouring over the passengers.
