GERMANY’S DEBTS.

NO NEED OF MORATORIUM,

The Foreign Minister, Dr. Curlius, at a private meeting of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Reichstag, confirmed the reports that Germany had recently sounded the American Government with reference lo> war debts and reparation payments. It is understood that the Minister said Wall Street was interested in the subject, but not the Administration, and hence Germany had no need of a moratorium regarding reparation payments at present.
