The Agricultural Department’s chief chemist, commenting on Air Baxter’s cabled statement that members of the English Rugby football team suffered through the poisonous properties of Bulli soil, declares there are no poisonous properties in Bulli soil, which is no different from any oilier. Its value as lop-dressing lay in its physical properties.
