CHEAPER TO PAY LICENSE. HAMILTON MAGISTRATE’S COURT. Samuel Brown, charged with operating a motor lorry in Victoria Street, with a greater load than he w-as licensed to carry, was fined £3, with costs 10s, by Mr Wyvern Wilson, S-M., in the Hamilton Magistrate’s Court this morning.
