AN IMPORTANT CONFERENCE. EFFECT ON NEW ZEALAND. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. LONDON, June 16. Delegates from forty countries are attending the Loadline conference. They are sitting in camera, but it is understood that they are considering a proposal that the winter loadline should be on the thirty-fifth parallel at Albany. If this line Is adopted it will place Tasmania and tlie whole of New Zealand south of Whangarei harbour in the winter zone.
