CLAIM FOR DAMAGES.
STRUCK BY MOTOR-CYCLE. GARAGE ATTENDANT GIVEN £237. (Bv Telegraph. — Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. Damages amounting to £237 7s for injuries received when struck by a motor-cycle in December, while stooping down to examine a motorcycle, were to-day awarded by Mr Justice Blair to Patrick-Smith, garage attendant, against William Keith Wickens.
