TAWA FLAT RAILWAY WORKS. —Construction work is proceeding rapidly in connection with the Tawa Flat railway deviation, the photograph showing the extent of the work after the line leaves the tunnel just past Johnsonville, running alongside the road. Further on the route will take the present road, which will be replaced by a new road a little lower down the hillside.
